RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✓ Returned in original condition and packaging
✓ Unused, unworn, and unwashed
✓ All original labels and tags attached
✓ No signs of wear, use, or damage

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

IMPORTANT: You must contact us before returning any items.

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at contact@velshara.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Attach photos of the product (if defective or incorrect item)

Our customer service team will review your request and provide:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping address
- Return instructions
- Return shipping label (if applicable)

Please do not return items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping options:
- For defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:

For size or color exchanges:
1. Contact us to initiate a return
2. Once approved, return the original item
